Jobcast free prize draw
Terms and Conditions
1. This is a free prize draw which can be entered by providing your name and email address on the prize draw entry form on the www.reedjobcast.com website. No purchase is necessary
2. The prize draw is a promotion of Reed Executive PLC. Employees (and their relatives) of Reed Executive PLC, any of the Reed family of companies and anyone else professionally connected with the promotion are excluded from this prize draw
3. Only one entry per person is allowed
4. All registrations received by March 31st 2008 will be entered into the prize draw and the first 5 drawn will each receive a Video iPod©
5. The winning entries will be drawn at random by an independent adjudicator and the winners will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw taking place
6. If a winner does not respond to this email and claim the prize within 14 days the entry will become void and a new winner will be selected
7. All entrants must be aged 18 and over
8. The judge's decision is final in all matters relating to the draw and Reed Executive PLC and its agencies will not enter into any correspondence about the draw
9. The prize winners' names can be obtained after 14th April 2008 by emailing feedback@inbox.co.uk
10. Prize winners may be required to take part in further publicity resulting from the prize draw
11. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prizes
12. Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this competition by The Promoter and its agents associated with this competition
13. The prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. There is no cash alternative
14. Reed Executive PLC reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability
15. Entry to the prize draw indicates that you have accepted these terms and conditions
16. Reed Executive PLC or its agencies shall incur no liability for entries that are late, not received, lost or go astray
